BOX HILL ROTARY RECYCLED TREASURES

Opportunity Shop

All proceeds from the Opportunity Shop are transferred to the Rotary Club of Box Hill Charity Account and provide much of the funds for the Club’s many local and international community service projects.

Since the doors first opened on 1 July 2002, charity funds raised by our Op Shop have exceeded $687,000.

Location

The Rotary Club of Box Hill conducts the Rotary Recycled Treasures Opportunity Shop at 113 Canterbury Road, Blackburn South, as the Club’s principal fund-raising project.

Volunteer

The Opportunity Shop is staffed by volunteers from the local community, together with Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Box Hill.

People interested in volunteer work for a half day or so at the Opportunity Shop are invited to please contact Box Hill Rotarian Clem Joyce on 9898 1889.

The Opportunity Shop Committee is always looking for donations of items suitable for re-sale through the Canterbury Road outlet and deliveries are welcome to be made directly to the shop during the listed opening hours.
