ROTARY RECYCLED TREASURES
All net proceeds from the Opportunity
Shop are transferred across to the Charity Account conducted by the Rotary
Club of Box Hill and provide the bulk of the funds for the Club’s many local
and international service projects.
Since the doors first opened on 1st
July, 2002 charity funds raised by the Opportunity Shop have exceeded
$300.000 (to 31st December, 2008).
The Opportunity Shop Committee is always
looking for donations of items suitable for re-sale through the Canterbury
Road outlet and deliveries are welcome to be made directly to the shop
during the listed opening hours.
In
some circumstances, where transport is a problem, we can arrange for
suitable items to be collected and we invite you to call the Opportunity
Shop on 9877 0613 and the rostered Rotarian will take details and have a
representative return your call and make an appointment for the collection.
The Rotary Club of Box
Hill conducts the Rotary Recycled Treasures Opportunity Shop at 113 Canterbury Road,
